1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. The Service
OFFER Underway is an AI-assisted job-search platform that helps you analyse roles, tailor resumes and cover letters, prepare for interviews, and organise applications. The product is designed primarily around Australian job-search workflows, but users outside Australia may access it. Features, plans, and quotas may change as we improve the Service. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.

4. Your account and security
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at admin@offerunderway.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or disable accounts that appear to be compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly tailored-application quota that refreshes monthly and does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Purchased extra packs apply only while a qualifying paid plan is active. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: submitting false, unlawful, confidential, or infringing content that you do not have the right to use; attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours; reverse engineering, scraping, automating abuse, or overloading the Service; reselling or sharing access without our permission; or using the Service to generate content that is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful. When using the browser extension or interacting with third-party job sites, you are solely responsible for complying with those sites’ terms, rules, robots policies, and applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the information you provide about yourself.

7. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the profile details, CV content, job descriptions, feedback, and other materials you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, analyse, transform, display, store, and use Your Content to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service for you — for example to generate your reports, resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and application tracking. We do not sell Your Content. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates, and branding, is owned by OFFER Underway and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or branding. Third-party company names and logos shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. AI output and your responsibility
The Service may use AI to generate job analysis, resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, match scores, suggestions, and other content. AI output is provided for reference only and does not constitute legal, migration, career, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, current, suitable for a specific role, accepted by any hiring platform, or that it will produce interviews, offers, visa or migration outcomes, salary outcomes, employer responses, or any other result. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, submitting, and relying on any AI output.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, to the maximum extent permitted by law OFFER Underway and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, rejected applications, or platform restrictions arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
