This policy describes how OFFER Underway (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use offerunderway.com, our APIs, and the optional browser extension (together, the “Service”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information we collect
We may collect: account details you provide when you sign in (such as email and display name via our authentication provider); profile and CV content you upload or save; job descriptions, URLs, and evaluation inputs you submit; job leads captured through the extension when you use it while signed in; usage and technical data (such as device/browser type, approximate region, and logs) to operate and secure the Service; and payment-related information processed by our payment partners (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve the Service (including intelligence assessments and résumé generation), authenticate you, process purchases and subscriptions, respond to support requests, detect abuse and fraud, comply with law, and communicate important notices about the Service.
Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers who help us run the Service—for example authentication (e.g. Firebase/Google), hosting and infrastructure, payment processing (e.g. Stripe or regional providers you choose), and model providers when you run an evaluation or generate content. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may access and update certain profile information in the product. You may request deletion or export of your account data by contacting admin@offerunderway.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as access, correction, or objection); contact us and we will respond in line with applicable law.
International transfers and children
We and our processors may process data in countries other than where you live. The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
AI Output and Responsibility Limitation
The Service may use AI to generate job analysis, resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, match scores, suggestions, and other content. AI output is provided for reference only and does not constitute legal, migration, career, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, current, suitable for a specific role, or that it will produce interviews, offers, or any other outcome. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, submitting, and relying on any AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferUnderway and its operators are not responsible for consequences, losses, disputes, rejected applications, platform restrictions, third-party claims, or other liability arising from your use, submission, publication, copying, reliance on, or failure to verify AI output.
