Job Intelligence
When you apply, you don't really know what the company is about, what the role actually requires, or how to position yourself for the best shot.
How we solve it
Offer Underway spins up agents to research the role and the company behind it, then breaks the requirements down into the technical, stakeholder, and evidence gaps, plus the risks personalised to you. You get a match score and a clear read on why the role exists and what they want, so you can decide whether to apply and target your resume and cover letter.
We research first, so you don't have to
Before you write anything, agents do the company and job research you'd otherwise do in Google or ChatGPT.
- Researches the company behind the post: what they do and what they're really hiring for.
- Reads the full job description in depth, not just keywords.
- No more digging through Google tabs or prompting ChatGPT yourself.

FAQ
Is Job Intelligence the same as an ATS score?
No. ATS scoring is only one part of the decision. Job Intelligence also checks hard requirements, role level, location, stakeholder context, evidence gaps, and recruiter risk.
Can it tell me not to apply?
Yes. If the role has a hard blocker or the missing evidence is too important, the page can recommend strengthening the profile before applying.
Does the analysis change the resume automatically?
It guides the next resume generation step. The system can use the role analysis and added evidence to produce a stronger tailored resume and cover letter.
