Why I made OfferUnderway
I am Lee. I was also an international student and new graduate trying to find work in Australia. The hard part was not only spending hours changing my resume. It was figuring out what local employers actually wanted to see, how to apply in a way that had a better chance, and how to package my study, projects, and experience so they could turn into real opportunities. Before I graduated, I had already started internships and part-time work. My first consulting role taught me a lot about industry, interviews, and resume strategy. Because of that work experience, I had already submitted my 190 visa before finishing my master's, and I got invited for the graduate 485 visa in only 6 months.
Goal is simple: move at mass-apply speed, keep tailored-apply quality, and help you get interview offers faster.
